Tornadobet has 3 different wallets that make up your total balance; Cash Wallet, Restricted Cash Wallet and your Bonus wallet.

Cash Wallet.  This is your real cash balance with no restrictions attached (such as bonuses) and you can use it to bet on anything you want or indeed to withdraw it if you were to choose to do so. Bets placed from your cash wallet will count towards a wagering requirement for a bonus you have selected as long as the bet is in your bonus category, either a Sports Bet or a Casino Bet.

Restricted Cash Wallet.  This is your real cash balance that is linked to a bonus you have chosen to select. You can use your restricted cash to bet on anything you like (it’s your money after all). Bets made from your restricted cash wallet will count towards a wagering requirement for a bonus you have selected as long as the bet is in your bonus category, either a Sports Bet or a Casino Bet.

Bonus Wallet. Funds in your bonus wallet may ONLY be used for the category to which it relates. So if you have chosen a Casino bonus the funds can only be wagered on Casino games. If you have chosen a sports bonus the funds can only be bet on sports events. Your funds in the bonus wallet will have a Play Through Requirement (PTR) which will vary depending on the bonus chosen and possibly the size of your deposits. Once the PTR has been met any remaining funds in your bonus wallet will automatically be moved to your cash wallet.

When you place bets on a sporting event and the outcome is in the future your bet is Pending until the outcome of the bet is known. We settle bets once we have the official result of the market, which can come from a number of sources. It is possible in busy times that settlement may take a bit of time particularly where a result is in dispute or requires further checks such as a photo finish. If you think your bet should have been settled and at least 1 hour has passed since the outcome was known please contact customer services to resolve the problem for you.

The cash out feature allows you to take a return on your bet before the market for your chosen selection(s) closes. This allows you to take a profit if your selection is doing well, or minimize any potential loss if you think the bet is unlikely to win.

You can see the option for cash out where it is available on your betslip. Select the Cash out tab and then decide whether you wish to take the offer or continue as normal with your bet.

Unfortunately once you have placed a bet and our servers have received it you are not able to cancel the bet even if the event has not yet started. You may or may not have received a bet confirmation slip if there was a problem with the Internet connection for instance which is more common on mobile devices. If you are not sure whether a bet has been placed please go to your account and check your bet history.

Dead-heat. A dead heat is when the Judge cannot separate two or more runners, even after consulting the photo finish. When calculating your bets, simply divide the stake by the number of selections involved in the dead heat.

Each Way Bet. An each way bet consists of 2 bets on the same selection, one for the winner of the race and the other for the selection to place. Place terms vary depending on the sporting event and numbers of runners, and we will display these terms on the bet slip for your information at the time of placing a bet. If you want to place an each way bet click the button marked Each Way (E/W), place terms will be shown. Enter your stake, check your total stake and click place bet.

Each way multiples. Each way multiple bets such as doubles, trebles, etc. are settled as two distinct bets. This means that the win parts of each selection are multiplied together and the place parts of each selection are multiplied together.

Multiple Bet or Combo Bet.  A multiple, or a combo bet is a bet in which it is required to predict the outcomes of more than one event simultaneously (the maximum number of the events in a combo bet is 21). If any one event in the combo bet is predicted incorrectly, the whole bet is lost. It is possible to combine in one combo bet events from various sports.

Combo bets are not accepted when the outcome of one part of the bet helps contributes to the outcome of another. For instance trying to combine bets on the same football match.

The odds of a combo bet are calculated as the product of the odds of all of the events included in the bet. The winnings of the combo bet are equal to the stake of the bet multiplied by the odds of the combo bet. The overall odd (coefficient) for a Combo bet is not limited.

System Bet.  A system bet is a number of combination bets from a predefined number of events. Each combination in the system is calculated as a separate combo bet.

Tri bet.  The winner of a Tri Bet is the team with the best goal difference on that match day. If two or three teams have the same goal difference, all bets will be settled according to dead heat rules.

What are the Tornadobet Main Betting Markets? 

1X2 or Win/Draw/Win.  This refers to the possible final result of an event, which has three possible betting options in the normal duration of the match including injury time (if not otherwise stated).

Double Chance.  A 'Double Chance' pick contains two of three possible outcomes in a 1x2 market with a single bet. For instance “Home Team and Draw” known as 1x means your bet wins if the result of the game is a win for the home team OR a draw.

Totals or Over/Under. A bet on whether the number scored (eg goals) will be over or under the total given. For example over 2.5 goals means that if 3 goals or more are scored you will win the bet.

Outright. A bet on whether a participant will win or reach a certain stage of a competition (eg Winner, Finalist, Quarter Finalist, or any Place). For example a bet on England to reach the Semi-Final of the World Cup (or better).

Correct Score. Bet on the exact result or score of the game to win.

First (Next) team to score. A bet on which team will be the first (next) to score in a particular game.

Both Teams to score. A bet on whether both teams do or don’t score a goal.

A bet on whether the total number of goals at the end of a game will be an odd number or an even number.

What other Tornadobet markets are available? 

To win from behind. A bet on the selected team to come back from a losing position and win the match.

Winning margin. A bet on the margin of goals by which the winning team win the match.

To win both halves. A bet on the selected team to win both the first half and the second half of the match.

Ball possession. A bet on the amount of time each team has with the ball in their possession. Bets will be refunded in the case of equal possession.

A bet on how many times a team (or match total) are judged to be offside. This is counted as such only when the match official stops play and awards a free-kick for an offside. Bets will be refunded in head to head markets when the offside count is equal.

Free kicks. A bet referring how many direct or indirect free-kicks are awarded. In the case that a free kick must be retaken that counts as once. Bets will be refunded in head to head markets when the free kick count is equal.

Total passes per player. A bet referring to the amount of times a player passes the ball to a teammate. Only completed passes apply.

Additional time.  bet on the amount of additional time that is scheduled at the end of the standard 90 minute period as displayed by the fourth official. The extra time period does not count.

Shots on target.  A bet on the amount of shots on target by a team. Shots on target are attempts at goal that are either scored or that would have entered the goal had another object, player, official, not blocked them.

Most scoring half.  A bet on whether the designated first half or second half of the match will produce the most goals.

Man of the match.  A bet on the player to be awarded the man of the match from the official organising authority.

Team goals.  A bet on the number of goals that a team will score in the match.

Odd/Even.  A bet on the final number of the bet being either odd or even.

When you select a Casino Bonus promotion your bonus will have a required about of gameplay that you are required to play before the bonus is moved to your cash balance and available to be withdrawn. The PTR is usually a multiple of the size of your deposit plus the bonus amount provided. So for example if you deposit $200 and get $50 as a bonus with a 30x PTR you would be required to wager ($200+$50 = $250*30 = $7,500 of wagering). Once you have met the wagering requirement your bonus balance is transferred to your cash balance for play on Sports/Virtual sports as well as to continue to play on the Casino games.
